My idea was to fly in korea C-172 at Osan AFB for as long as I was stationed here, so I can build hours, after that go back to the states and probably get into a flight school or FBO, Now anybody knows of any good ones in the Dallas, Texas area? Im kind of new in the area...hehehe....or anywhere else for that matter, just any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.

Well obviously you are already on the right track you gotta get those rattings converted. As for dallas flight schools Id just do a search on google. And look here or on Flightinfo.com (I think they have a flight school search on their website) Is Osan the Air base near souel? I visited souel twice when I was younger and I remember goin to the AF base and watchin the jets do traffic patterns or somthing.

Hmm that brings up another point. When you come back over here if you go to a 141 rated school I believe you can get some VA benifits. I know there is red tape but I saw a lot of guys at the school I used to work at use them.
