That's ok that's why hotels rooms have sinks. It's actually very therapeutic to be washing your shirt or whatever else... all the while wondering about how wonderful your life is...

eww, ur dirty.

Haha.. thanks for the suggestions everyone. Obviously you gotta come prepared, but I am thinking about just carrying a small tote bag with clean underclothes, toiletries and a clean shirt in it, and the kit bag on wheels. I am sick of wheeling around my luggage works bag.

BTW, I see no problem with the backpacks, you see mainline guys with them as well. That's like saying that putting stickers on your kitbag is also unprofessional. Good luck changing that one! ;)

Lots of guys used the ones from office depot, you have to have the feels face the seat, or else it'll fit all acie-ducie. If your 130-145 has the full "box" as opposed to the shelf (we've got some with boxes, and some wish shelves) then i'd assume it wouldn't fit, or will sit up on the ledge.

I wish you the best of luck though day tripper, If you leave home without an overnight bag, the Murphy's Law Ferries will visit you, and you'll find yourself broken down in Minot, and your airline will be low on aircraft, and you'll be camping for a week.....oooh, what stinky underwear you have.

But wynot Minot?!?! Haha...but no joke - the one time you don't bring you overnighter (or at least sufficient clothing, toothbrush, etc...) you will get stuck! Many of have been there, done that, and bought the T-Shirt!

Just because the occasional mainline guy can be seen with a backpack does not make it alright!! It looks slutty at best...like those wearing beanie-caps and ear-warmers anywhere south of the Arctic Circle!

Get the one with the flashing lights on it. The females will see you and think, wow, he's hot!! :D

Nothing worse than having a day trip turn into a two day, or a two day turn into a four day. I'll drag the rollaboard thanks.

On the backpack note, i still don't think it looks professional, no matter who is toting it around. As for stickers, it's almost of the same accord, if you do them tastefully, only have one or two, it might work. But when the bag is covered in stickers, going every which direction, just for the sake of fitting another one on, it detracts a little bit, at least for me.

Thus far, some of the most "professional" looking crews i've seen are normally from foreign airlines. Have watched the Indians and Germans split crowds in Dulles as they walk through the B terminal. Jackets Buttoned, Hats hunkered down, brass gleaming, and a pyramid of identical looking flight attendants all following in formation....:D awesome sight.

I was on a ferry once in Washington State. It was called the Seattle Ferry. I have never been on the Murphy's Law Ferry, is it nice?:p
