Taxes for Dayton Ohio

Hey guys/gals. I have a stupid question. Anyone from PSA that had Dayton taxes taken out last year how did you file or did you file Ohio state taxes? I have made some calls by no one seems to know the answer. I started doing my taxes today but got confused as hell.

Exactly! I love how people get excited about refunds, all it means is you did not plan correctly for your finances for the year. You should get $0 back for taxes and have less taken out of each paycheck.

Opportunity Cost anyone?

I changed it up so I will be around $0.00 for 09, I need my money now unfortunately
