Horizon is furloughing 17 more but 2 are on voluntary furlough, effective May 19th. They are downgrading 6 more Q400 captain in April. Good luck all and get unemployment through Oregon if you can it is more than you can get in WA.

geez, sorry to hear this, and I was just starting to think that since we were calling back 1 or 2 a month that mabye things were going to at least level out.....:(

Worst commute of my life was trying to get SEA-ANC and a Horizon guy bumped me and wouldn't even have the decency to come up and say hi or offer condolences......I hope things work out for yall....if not, greet this dude with some manners !

Offer condolences? Did somebody die? An offline commute is never a sure thing. :confused:

I'm sure he meant it as just a common courtesy thing. Manners go a far way. However, I would never have bad feelings towards someone if I got bumped since it's part of the game but some guys are pretty arrogant out there.

what date of hire does that go up to

It looks like it is splitting the 12/27/06 class.

anyone have any idea how far back the downgrades go? I am a former qx'er and know my class was downgraded in the fall, just wonder if anyone has any idea. Sucks to be an Fo not by choice after 8 years at a regional, but even worse to be out on the street. Best of luck!
