Well, it's great to hear that management actually acknowledged the fact that you guys are underpaid, haha. I can only hope that once we (9L) get the ball rolling with this ALPA stuff, we'll get the same compensation.

I love that there was a conference call earlier this month and I didn't know anything about it... Man, I miss IAH ... we'd always know about this stuff down there. Never get ANY info here in the NE, lol

I am not sure that they acknowledged that we are underpaid. They said that we are currently below industry average and that the goal is to get us back to industry average. I personally think that the tone of that section was that they would continue to pay us that if they could.

Perhaps with the new administration in the White House a petition signed by all the 9E Pilots requesting that mediation start again is in order.

The way 9E deals with labor is absolutely horrible and demoralizing. Sadly what ever you guys get it will be below industry rate by the time a contract is signed and in force. 9E management is only out to better themselves and put $$ into their collective pockets.
