I wouldn't get that excited over it. It is Comair after all.

But hey, you could be the 2,000th person to be the 1,000th person to jump! I think they stopped keeping track at 999 or something. But hey, with one jumper every two weeks The City of San Francisco would like you to know that you will NOT be a statistic! :rolleyes:

Hired at TSA 2/4/2008. Furloughed 6/30/2008. Hired at GLA 2/2/2009. I counted myself as furloughed since my situation didn't have an option.

Extremely fortunate and thankful not to be. If I'd stayed at Horizon I'd be hitting the street soon, with almost 2 1/2 years longevity and over 10% of the seniority list behind me. I feel really terrible for my friends there that are either already out or will be furloughed soon.

Might still happen to me this fall depending on what happens at Skywest. I'm dangling just barely over 100 from the bottom.

Goes back to mid January 2007, for now....expecting more in Autumn from what we hear in the Comair rumor mill. I think even if 50 old guys quit now that they are JFK based, they will still not recall anyone...just furlough less than expected later.

3/08 for me (SCA). Adding insult to injury...hired 2/08 into a pool at NWA, furloughed by SCA in 3/08, NWA pool flushed 3/09...0-2!:cool:
