jamestown ny is a easy base to get if your a captain. I know that for sure. For F/O's o dont think it is a very popular base. Your have a shot is you bid for it. Buffalo, NY is hard to get get. There are Pilots on reserve there. Thats a maintance base. You will be asked to ferry planes alot on your days off. Not to sure about rochester, NY Sorry. Good luck.

Do you even work for Colgan? Jamestown is closing in the next 3-4 months. Even though the guys in Buffalo keep breaking their planes it is NOT a maintenance base. I've never been asked to ferry a plane on a day off. BUF is fairly junior but if the FOs there are content to stay put then you won't be able to get in there for a while. Your chances of getting one of the New York bases is very good however.

Whenever they have slots to fill. *Tentatively* one per month.

Just like your regular flying, yes. If you were to get called on a day off and "drafted" to fly that trip you'd get those hours paid on top of guarantee plus 3.75 hours.

bender are you based in buffalo?
