Negative on the call for an august class...

Just a little advice for those of you in any hiring pool for any airline.
I am speaking from experience. You could be in the pool for a very looong time, two years before I got a call from one airline.
There is no logical order on how they pull candidates from the pool. They will hire people that interviewed long after you.
Do not stagnate, keep on looking until someone calls and says come work for us.
Unless you are 100% sure there will be no repercussions, do not let you current employer know you are in a hiring pool. You could be looking for a job sooner than you think.
