Just because Mesa is selling its stake in a money losing venture, does not mean end times are near... that's just a ridiculous line of thinking.

There are more DCI carriers than the one listed on that report.

I voted no but I wouldnt quite call it bottom feeding. Block or better by the leg, line guarentee, full cancellation pay, 11 days off minimum for line holders and reserve. Its not the best but a big improvement over our old one.
