ERJ 170/75 Rudders?

Just wondering if something was going on with those things. I noticed 3 different 170/175's these past few days that had new unpainted (White) rudders installed...2 Air canada and one republic. First I thought there was an incident where it was damaged but it was 3 different a/c's. Is there an AD out on those things?

I believe the RAH plane had received rudder damage from a lightning strike. As usual, no painted spares. I'm not sure about the Air Canada planes.

No joke! Painting the Space Shuttle's external fuel tank costs something like hundreds of thousands of dollars in fuel.
