NTSB Archiving?

I was just wondering if the NTSB or any other media source for that matter is archiving the past days testimonials. Any thoughts or ideas folks?

NTSB public hearing schedule and webcast archive.

The NTSB website has been pretty dodgy for me as far as access.

It says that the days testimony will be available the next day.
