here we go again....

EVERYTHING ON THE INTERNET IS TRUE!!! Trust me ;)
|
I think I speak for most when I say that this would be a bad thing. Hopefully it is not true.

That link goes nowhere......

Maybe Delta owns them now (from Northwest) and plans on flying them? They have the 190 on their payscale.
|
Is this even necessary?!?

Well, I guess i'm wrong. Wow, game changer. Here we go boys...

I think it's safe to say that between this and UA's attempt at anti-trust immunity, we'll soon see US flying 100% contracted out. Name brands like United, Delta, Midwest, Continental, etc will just live on as just that, name brands. Much like when you go to a McDonald's or Applebee's, it may look the same but they're in fact owned by separate companies and individuals.
Let the industry-wide whipsaw begin! |
This is crazy. Never thought that a regional would actually be flying mainline airplane. Wow. What's to stop the other airlines with no regional scope to outsource their 100+ seaters? It's going to be interesting to see how much power ALPA or IBT has over this. A new test.

Wow, so so sad..... The hits keep on coming!
