Default CPZ pilots - a question

What is your RON hotel in Minot (KMOT)?

No I'm not a stalker...have a trip myself there next week and I'm just curious about where ya'll stay. Looks like we may be at the Grand International...

I do some work for the Compass hotel committee. We do stay at the Grand International as there are very few choices in Minot. The Grand International is not a flashy hotel by any means, however it is clean and comfortable.

Boilerup are you not at Air Willie anymore? I am a Air Willie refugee and I know you guys don't fly west of MCI unless something really interesting has changed.

No, I don't work for Whiskey anymore; left in late Nov. 2007.

Thanks for the info though!

Boiler,
I have to admit that I don't agree with some of your takes on this board but as a former Boilermaker myself, the reference to master Mitch G. on your posts is hilarious. Of course, one needs to know him.

Classic!

Polite disagreement (even if it becomes tense) during discourse is quite alright...besides, I'd hate for you to admit you're wrong and I'm right

Mitch is an institution unto himself though, with enough one-liners over the year to fill a book.

Compass, as did Northwest, stays at the Grand International. Its not the best place in town, but it is nice enough and its right next to the airport. If your looking for food better than Hardee's, there is a restaurant called Seven's in the Vegas motel, its pretty good food and its only few blocks north of the Grand International. If you can get to the north side of the airport there is a nice museum called the Dakota Territory Air Museum, if you like old planes like wacos, monocoups of stagerwings, thats a cool place to go.
