Coming Soon....TSA Recalls????
Well, a little birdy told me that TSA is getting back 5 of the airplanes that went down to Mexico cause they couldn't pay the bills. So now I have to wonder with 5 more airplanes, thats appx. 50 pilots, could there be recalls coming down the road soon, or am I just getting my hopes up for nothing?

I'm hoping this will mean Hulas will want to use them for at-risk flying out of STL. You would think this would be better than pickling them against the D concourse. I think that would probably mean some recalls, but arent they kinda fat right now? Almost half of IAD is reserves.

I hear ya on that one, I was just wondering if anyone had hear anything. I have been hearing it from a few people that are actually still working there, so I tend to think it might be true. But time will tell, I finally found a job in the mean time. Hows school Carl?

You guys cannot forget the fact that the airplanes going to Mexico was not the cause for losing the flying. IOW, IF the airplanes are coming back, how does this equate to the fact that flying is available for them?
The problem was that there was no flying and TSA made the choice to doff those airplanes accordingly. I cannot recall if they were subleased down there or not. However, with no new business, they'll either sit as spares, or they'll find another hole in the wall to put them.

With the way that airplanes have been breaking lately we need 7+ spares. Who knows what they will do? I don't see them letting them just sit there unflown and pay the leases. I also don't see them paying the money to break the lease. Maybe they will find another third world airline to dry lease them to?
BTW They now own 842-847. *** over?

People are getting their hopes up, seriously.
All we're gonna see HOPEFULLY from these airplanes is in our log cans "Engine 2 robbed from 845". We need a carrier to fly for.
With express jet taking all the summer flying we could have done, we're not doing anything with these jets.
People are thinking we'll get AA flying back? Eagle is furloughing as of now, and AA is announcing more reductions
