SkyWest Group Interviews

I noticed SkyWest has a few group interviews posted on their website. What exactly are the group interviews? Do you need an invitation? What goes on there? I've had my stuff in with SkyWest for a little while and haven't heard anything, so I was kind of hoping that these group interview things were fair game for anyone. Does anyone know / has anyone been to one?

Group Interview

The group interview was used about a year ago. Anyone who meets the current minimums is welcome to attend. Bring a current copy of your resume and letters of recomendation. You will probably take the mechanical aptitude test and another written test based on the ATP. You might have an opportunity to answer some HR questions but I've heard that sometimes, there are so many people that show up that unless you have prior 121 time, you won't get any face time. Needless to say, even if you don't talk to anyone, if you pass the tests, you will be invited to Salt Lake for a second interview. The nice thing about this is that you will have already knocked out the written tests so you will just do the sim ride, a technical/HR interview (depending on whether or not they talked to you at the group interview) and a CRM demonstration.
