Pilot Fatigue Survey, Regional Airline Pilots

Alertness and Performance Management, a Fatigue Management Training company, has developed an on-line survey for Regional Airline Pilots. This survey will help determine the extent of Human Fatigue in the Regional Airline Industry.

He said for all questions email him at [email protected]
He is a former ATA guy and is WELL versed in the 121 environment!
He also said he needs 1000 pilots to respond to get good results from the survey
