Fee For Departure Meeting in Memphis

Gentlemen,

I have heard that MECs from various regional lift providers are in Memphis, TN this fine evening discussing Fee For Departure. The exact details of the debate are unknown.

I don't have much more information other than which I have provided above. I had come to the decision that it be prudent to share this information with my fellow aviators. Disseminate valuable information: It is key.

No, its all under a "non-disclosure agreement" for a reason. Leaking details can lead to jail time.

Good thing I am in Kuwait then? Details please, dear sir.

Sorry bud, you haven't grown a moustache and don't belong to a particular country club.

i've heard the memphis jails have an outbreak of H1N1, high five, that'll eliminate some tax spending right there

Ah, the usual suspect union bruisers have arrived. I shall make haste for my exit. Good evening gentlemen. Everyone else, let the thoughts flow, and provide as much descript information that you may have as possible.

In theory "nothing" should come out beyond "there was a meeting, we talked".

1. First they will sit around and tell each other that "we are all in this together" and that "we need to work together".

2. Next the mainline reps will peddle the same old tired flowback concept.

3. At the end, they will pat each other on the back for a job well done and promise to work on this some more.

4. Finally they will go for dinner and some adult beverages at a local establishment.

Same thing they have been doing for years....

How would a non dod nda lead to jail time? It would be breech of contract at worst, meaning job loss and monitary punishment NOT jail time.

Did you read it before signing? It's right up there with insider trading when you are talking about proprietary information.
