Heard from a reliable source today that Lynx Air has ceased operations. It is no secret that they have had financial troubles of late. I am of course talking about the FLL Lynx not the whole different baby animal one;) Can anyone confirm this. Also not sure if this should go here or in the 135 thread..
So far that's the second company I know. Way to go Albert Vitale. |
Is Lynx the Metro and Saab operator? If so I have a distant buddy working there, super nice guy who loves flying and has worked his butt off to get a foot in the door. Sad to see anyone lose their jobs; if it is the same place, though, he's been mentioning to me about bounced-paychecks, dubious MELs, etc. lately. If so, well, I don't wish anyone to the street but sounds like it was just a matter of time.

One of the major problem is that incopetent manager that ran Vintage Props and Jets to the ground, and now he was playing as a Lynx International manager.

He probably has experience with the POS SF operators.

If you think Lynx (south florida Lynx) is a good outfit to work for, then you fit in well with AirWillie at GoJet.
Have fun. |
