Any airline that is not a legacy or Southwest, is a regional.

So WestJet is a regional? Alaska Air is a regional? JetBlue is a regional? Spirit is a regional? AirTran is a regional?

I think there should be some sort of test to fly 121. Maybe a brief essay on airline history, ect. I still laugh when I hear newbies say, "ACA? Never heard of 'em. ATA? Nope. People Express? Huh?" Darn newbies.

What?! I can't see sarcasm through my keyboard?! No way! Oh that's right, I'm reading my monitor. And all this time, I've been looking for sarcasm through my keyboard. :D

Colnago 09-23-2009 07:49 PM

Haha you guys are slow with picking up on sarcasm.

Bond 09-23-2009 07:50 PM

For the original poster, you should look on www.airlinepilotcentral.com under regional as everyone else has suggested.

One quick note and clarification, gojets is not a regional, it's an alter-ego.

You forgot,

ExpressJet
Compass
PSA
Gulfstream
Commuteair
Colgan

and the one out of YYZ is Porter

atpcliff 09-24-2009 07:39 AM

Hi!

PSA is 100% owned by the not-very-functional Borg that is USAir? is that right?

Commutair is owned by someone else???

And i should've included Pinnacle/Colgan.

Don't know how I forgot CoEx!

I tried really hard to get a CoEx interview, but all I had was my ATP-MEL...not good enough!
