Ok the contract has failed. Lets aknowledge that we have done something important and good for us and the industry. Starting tomorrow lets unify again. I really think we need to stop bashing people for voting how he or she did. Remember, 42 percent of the pilot group voted yes so there is going to be some division amongst the pilot group initially. I think its important that we put this vote behind us and do what is necessary to make the next TA pass with flying colors. If that requires a new negotiation committee so be it. I think we should be prepared for 1 to 2 more years of negotiations and if it happens faster than we have lucked out.

Congrats are in order then. If you cave on the first pass you almost certainly left something on the table. Hopefully some other regional pilot groups are paying attention to this.
