Aviation can get its hooks into you. I wasted 20 years and untold thousands in the attempt. As a reformed addict I feel it my duty to attempt to save a few lives.. Including yours.

Aviation can get it's hooks into you, but I think it was piloting that dragged you down.

There are other careers in the aviation industry besides flying a plane. :)

FINALLY! I know plenty of people i graduated with making a lot more money than me in aviation...to them their "aviation degrees" were definately worth it :)

Working on the ramp at FedEx sucked, but the benefits were good. Weight and balance is another decent job. I did that for 2 years... can't get rich from it, but it's a lot of fun playing the numbers game to get that magical 26.0% on a 744! :D
