I don't know who you work for but, at my regional about 4% of the pairings have a day that is 13 hours or longer and none have more then one day in the pairing 13 hours or longer.

Sleep Apnea dequal your medical. There are a few companies out there that send and have sent their pilot to get a medical or tested for sleep apnea after a few fatigue calls. It's there way of intimidation. It should be that way but they get a way with it like everything else

I privacy laws should protect you from having to disclose to the company why you are calling in sick or fatigued. Its absolutely none of the companies buisness other than what is on your medical how "healthy" you are. That's between you, your AME and Oak City. |
After 12 years of English in grade school, and 9 credit hours more of English classes in college... it wasn't until NOW I realize the significance of paragraphs.
