Not really sure what you meant. But with the current system, especially as it relates to vacation conflict, it would be a concession. The reason I put the "clarification" in there is because we all know where the thread is going to go. Figure I'd just cut to the chase.

Currently, there is no PBS system can match the LOT system in that regard. If the line was constructed, THEN the vacation was overlayed and conflict dropped, it would actually be a gain for many.

pbs has many pros and cons. to make it simple if your a higher percentage in your base it will be a realative pro. if your less than say 45% it sucks. also if your on vacation for the month it sucks

No with your RAH contract It may have some benefit but at XJT it would be bad from the bottom up.

At ASA we keep getting emails about PBS. I especially like the testimonial from the former ASA pilot that now works for a company with PBS.... what a joke
