When did Eagle start paying international override pay? Last I knew it was only $5 more per diem per international overnight, and that was only in the Caribbean.

Mesaba, 18 minutes flight pay per turn. (considered customs pay)

PDT is $5 added to the per diem for each night, but we don't have any international flying any more.
