ZED Pass purchase inside security.
 

I've bought ZED passes before over the phone and outside of security at the ticket counter. Is there anyway to buy a ZED pass inside of security at a gate for example? Has anyone tried?

Should be able to at a special service desk. Doubt you'd be willing to find an agent to do it at the gate, if it's even possible.

At US Airways in PHL, I have bought them at the counters at the end of the concourse fingers in F. Took a while for the agent to figure it out cause they don't do them very often. Ask for a supervisor when they aren't busy (which these days might be hard to find). Good luck.

Doubtful since ZED tickets are printed on specially coded ticket stock and not boarding pass paper. The gates generally aren't equipped for this from my understanding. Just allow plenty of time or buy all the backup ZEDs you need well in advance and send the ones you don't use in for a refund. That's the safest way to ZED.
