What is the DOH of the most junior CA at your regional?

I think at Eagle, we are Mid 2000.

2002 at OH

2008 at Colgan for DECs

2007 for FO to CA upgrade

SkyWest's most junior captains...

EMB- BASE: Fresno HIRED: 2007

Nope, it's a 03/2005 hire.

Too lazy to really look at the list, but TSA most JR CA hired spring/summer of 2004. Most JR FO late 2006 to maybe mid 2007 hire date.

Mesaba, CRJ 900 (DTW) 4/07
CRJ 200 (MSP) 2/05
SF 34 (MEM) 6/07

These are the dates and the base they are in as of now. We have another displacement posting Tuesday that again will make these numbers (the Saab for sure, likely the 900 as well) continue to go the wrong way. The 900 is about to drop to at least a 05 hire date. Because of the way upgrades were done the 2 bottom positions in DTW went to post bankruptcy hires. Those 2 spots are now a revloving door of free type ratings as the displacements continue until the Saab list catches up with them.

Is this Date of Hire? or Date of Upgrade?

Last upgrade class at Pinnacle was the fall of 2007. Alot of the upgrades in the fall of 2007 were pilots on probation (less then 1 year!)

That's incorrect the last upgrade class at Pinnacle was fall 08.

Is everyone talking a DOH or the last class date? I am surprised at some of the place with very junior CA's. 9E's most junior CA is a -900 CA that was hired early fall 06. -200 CA is late 2006 I believe.

Probably DOH... it makes the most sense.

Who are we missing from the list? Mesa? PSA? Gulfstream? Great Lakes? Air Whiskey? Go Jet? Compass? and who is OH?

I think at GIA the DOH for the most junior Capt is 09-06 he just upgraded about 2 months ago. And already rumors they are going to downgrade the few they just uprgaded, unless we get some more up north flying.

OH is Comair. That hire date is for the most junior captain that Comair now has, since many others have been downgraded to FO.

Correction last 9E upgrade class was in Nov.08 at the same time company was annoucing the displacement of the 30 jnr CA... Needless to say we continued with the upgrades knowing that we were going to send guys and gals back to the right seat.. "love our management and MEC"(Very smart)

Of course! Who could forget, I remember the talk in the crew rooms was that PNCL was just going to pink slip them all, to save money for the displacement costs. Don't ya just love Pinnacle?

Over at YV......After all the announced downgrades through Aug 2010. The most junior Captain will be an ERJ Captain DOH 8/30/2004.

Looks like 05/04 for CA (not counting the one STL flight manager) and 05/07 for FO.

Are you kidding me???? This is no regional. This is the biggest SCAB outfit around. That company has ZERO respect in this industry. If your post was entitled, "no flying skill and dumb enough to pay an extra $30,000 for some multi time and a interview" I would understand you bringing up Gulfstream. This company should never even be brought up on a regional post. People that bring skill, education, and a mutual respect to the industry make 18K a year because of outfits like this. Makes me sick!

a bid for 6 upgrades just came out. Junior pilot should be a March 08 hire.

Interesting timeframes. My old seniority (Sept. 06) at TSA would barely let me be able to hold FO in my base of choice now, and to think i saw my downgrade 1.5 years ago. That upgrade was short lived.

The latest Comair seniority list (published 3 days ago) shows that the most junior JFK Captain has a January 2002 hire date.

Could be he's going back to the right seat in a week.

Actually I know who that is He is out on medical leave he has been out for a year now..I was suppose to go in oct to JFK As a captain and i would have been $th from the bottom.. Go figure i was a senior line holder captain now I am a 9yr FO ...Yeaa for me
