Any more rumors on express jets 69 aircraft??? Net Jets, Midwest, and the whole Independence deal. Any thing else?

Talked to a friend that works there a few weeks ago. He said they may possibly be doing charters with them. Apparently Xjt owns some FBOs in TX and maybe CA and they will set them up for charters. He said while he was in training, they told them not even worry about it, everything is taken care of.
