actually I've been skipping your posts...... For those pondering to work at Colgan and didn't know what the pay was there, hopefully myself and others have helped them know what working pay for FO's at Colgan really are. |

Its gonna take more than a couple of pilots not taking a job at colgan to turn the pay around in this industry. We would need something like all majors negotiate wages to do their own regional flying, that would fix everything real quick. Yes it means a little pay cut for a CAL 737 FO but long term he would always have a job and would not have to restart his seniority number. The people that think we can change things by not going to mesa, or not going to colgan, are dreaming. Because any job you turn down for your values will just go to someone else. Its just like scabs (not saying people that take a job at colgan are scabs, far from it actually), someone will always cross a picket line.
