Default Regional Pilots-Research Project

Hey all,
For a class, we were assigned a project on ethics, with our subtopic being the working conditions of regional pilots (you guys). We figured this would be the best place to get some answers about areas we're covering for this presentation. What we are looking for is:

1. Who you work for
2. How long (your seniority)
3. Your monthly average duty & flight hours
4. Your current pay
5. Your benefits (jumpseating, non-revs, 401K, etc)
6. Does your company pay for things like hotels, etc. while on a trip?

Please note that we are looking for specifics, not just answers like "my pay sucks." But I do understand and respect your privacy, so if you don't want to post this stuff on the fourm, or don't want others seeing it, feel free to PM it to me. Regardless, this information is SOLELY for this project, and will not be used in any other way. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks in advance for the help.

1. Trans States
2. Actively worked 1.5 years, furloughed 1.1 years
3. Duty: ~300ish (+ commute) Flight hours: ~85-95
4. Was 25.49/flight hour
5. Jumpseating, yup. Non-rev, same thing as jumpseating. 401K, 1% company matching. Health insurance, yeah. All the basic jazz but nothing special.
6. Hotels on trips are paid for. Crashpads are not.

As with all "research", if you want to use the forum as a data source - please provide the research institution, scope of the research, how data will be used, and provided to participants. My strong recommendation is to set up an online forum to collect data securely.

If the information is "SOLELY" for your project, do you see any structural data collection problems with responses being posted on a public internet forum?
