found this on a fare sale notice from yahoo finance about Midwest Airlines new offer this spring.

"Flights are operated by Frontier Airlines, Frontier Airlines dba Midwest Airlines, Republic Airlines, Republic Airlines dba Midwest Airlines, Lynx Aviation or Chautauqua Airlines dba Midwest Connect. Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply."

And passengers seem to be confused when they buy a ticket on Frontier.com and board an ex-USAir E190 painted in Midwest Airlines colors operating as a Frontier Airlines flight flown by Republic Airlines pilots...
