No offense, but as a ex FOQA data reader, management cant tell jack about flight crew and data due to the unions, which is good, it does what it is supposed to.

I wasn't bashing FOQA I have always heard good things about its' work in safety. I have also heard, that reading FOQA data is really fun;)

You are correct. It was not put on the FAA reauthorization act.
