At least some people get it. We have so many ALPA haters from Mesa that just don't get it, here at SKW. I always ask, did you vote? Were you involved? Did you discuss issues among your pilot group? They all had a chance to have their say on their contract. It's not ALPA's fault your airline voted in worthless leadership and a crappy contract. They're not there to hold your hand. Now if this passes, your vote might actually mean something.

Agreed 100% on all points. In addition to people reading contracts before they vote, they should be involved in their own union well before the contract is even negotiated. If they stand strong during the vote, it is often like shutting the barn door after the horse has already run off.
