WOW I gotta say this is an interesting one... and on a side note Im really suprised this hasnt circulated the crewroom yet...... My best guess would be if you really wanted to hose him call the benefits Dept. In Memphis and ask a simple stupid question.... something like if my Husband just married another one of your employees while he's still married to me do I still get health benefits? or something to that effect.... But sorry to hear that....

#1. Well Im not sure how far the FAA would take this but when we all sign the back of our ATP certificates we agree to be "OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER". I have never heard of the FAA going after someone for not having "good moral character" but I sure bet this would be a qualifying case, I just dont know if or what the FAA would do with something like this.
#2. The company doesnt allow fraternization with other employees at least from when I was employed there a few years ago. So that could be another issue you could bring up to his human resources department. Again not sure if it will do you any good or not but worth a shot if he is this much of a scumbag.
#3. Your best bet is to get yourself a bloodsucking lawyer and tear him a new one.
Good Luck!

This is one time I think a Lawyer is the right way to go! Long after the satisfaction of him losing a job, the checks could continue to roll in. Just think he might actually get a real job if you don't go after his certificates or anything and then you'll be laughing all the way to the bank.
Actually, here is another idea, take his credit card, use your travel benifits to go on vacation and while you are there treat yourself to everything you can possibly think of!

I heard some fantastic advice today that would apply in this situation perfectly...
"Instead of being a pilot and getting married, save yourself a lot of trouble and just pick three women you absolutely hate...then buy them each a house..."
Sounds like this guy is working on house #2...

Although the idea of spending this guy's money, emptying his bank account, and max out his credit cards is an attractive idea, don't be too impulsive. You need to help your bloodsucking lawyer to play you out as the victim here. After the paperwork is done and it's all behind you, you'll have the money at hand to do all those things these other guys are suggesting. Until then, be the victim. Then take your lawyer down to the islands.
