Can someone answer my question about rules and regs? Pinnacle Airlines.

Hello,

Is there anyone who can tell me where I can go to find the Code of Conduct for Pinnacle Employees and/or the code of conduct for professional pilots? My husband works as a captain for Pinnacle and he has married another Pinnacle Airline Pilot (while we are still married). The company is aware of the situation and his "other wife/Pinnacle Pilot" is aware of the situation. Can anyone tell me where to go or what to do, to find the Code of Conduct? Any suggestions that you may have would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I think that you are going to be hard pressed to find anything in a company manual regarding a situation like this. The company isn't going to take action against a pilot due to personal affairs unless it adversely affects their ability to do the job. Besides, what's your intent? Get him fired? In the end what good does that do to you?

You'd be best off finding a good divorce attorney in this situation.

As a pilot for pinnacle there is nothing in our books or rules about this. The company is not going to get envolved because your husban(ex husban) is a slime ball

If you want him to suffer the best thing you can do is make sure he doesn't get fired from pinnacle. It is the worst operation out there with a dim future. If you get him fired he will most likely find a better job

What you need isn't a code of conduct book or manual. What you need is a blood sucking lawyer and divorce him and take every penny he's got plus alimony. Best of luck!

sign the divorce papers and let him live his life. Get the cash and move on if he gets fired then what are you going to do. if he just went off and married some other chick you most likely could not stand each other anyway so you're not heartbroken just get over it and find someone else.

Excuse me, isn't THAT considered Bigamy?? I'm pretty sure it's illegal in all 50 states... Get yourself a lawyer, and just be happy you're rid of him. Sounds like a prince of a guy.......Good luck to you...

I think Utah still allows it. . . well, nevermind.

You are correct, sir....My bad!!!!.....But, it still doesn't make it morally right!!And, BTW, how do these clowns who are so nuts get 2 wives?? Charm only gets you so far.....

I'm curious how he was able to bank roll two wives. I guess this guy must have been a trust fund baby and/or supported by the Bank of Parents. Either that, he might have a million dollar life insurance policy on wife #1. :)
