I'm not sure if they will hire or not. If everything stays like it is, i.e. not contract, no new work, then I think the company is hoping to hold out and when we all get to atl and the dust settles, then they will take another look at it. Eventually, yes they have to hire, but I fear it could be until november when they start putting people in classes for the LAX thing. Like you said, we're just pilots.
