Are we there yet?
Just out of curiosity, i know talk comes around often about the "lifers" at the regional level, we also have the top tier vs bottom tier regional argument on a daily basis over here, so, just wondering, who at the regionals has NO interest in putting their application anywhere in the future (if things at your current employer don't change of course). How many people on the text are now at their "dream" job?

You probably won't get many responses...most folks still hold onto the dream of international widebody flying, and will not easily admit that they are letting go, even when the writing is on the wall for them.
BTW, I am planning (proactively) to move on.

I would say my dream job does not involve part 121 anymore.
it did when I started.
But I will say this....
I am for the most part content with TSA, I adjusted my life to gain the most from QOL that TSA can offer me. Right now I am satisfied with that. There are more things there that I want to do and accomplish before I make any other choices where my carreer will go. I want to upgrade some day and do that for a few years to make sure I have experinced as much as I can.
I am not really a money *****. But I do money adapt, and for me and my wife with what we both do and the incomes that we have, TSA has enough financial potential for me.
Dream job? I really doubt it, but as of yet I do not know enough to make that call. But there are some things that I have learned that I dont want. For me int. widebody does not interest me.
Take for what is worth. Just my take on my life.
