Talking CRJ Due Report? ASA

ASA

Name is on the Sept CRJ Due report but in the actual report it says the due date is Mar07 and that a RPC is due. So is the pc in september06 or march of 07? Help please.

Thanks

The bid packet says: "If your name appears on the due report, bid for a checkride." I'm guessing your last checkride was probably in March? So, in September that would be 6 months, which is how often we have to go in. You are only required legally to take a ride every 12 months, which would be next March, six months from September. My advice is, do like the bid packet says and bid for checkride in September. I've been here for 4 years and that's how they've done ever since they went to the 6 months rides. One is normally a LOFT while the next one os an actual checkride.

I fly is dead on. it's a loft. Ask you captain how to prepair for it, but remember to study for it like it is a PC. If the capt you are scheduled with doesn't show, they might put you with someone that has a Pro Check.

Just be prepaired and it will be easy.

Thanks for the reply 410. What do you put on the FLICA bid sheet for a checkride date? The checkride page has a "line selection" box with a first, second and third choice. What goes in each box? Is it the actual date itself? What does the 8am/12am on the checkride calendar mean? Help.

Thanks.

Once you select chkrde bid sheet, the line selcetion is for the line of flying you want. The next three are for the actual date you want your PC. As PCs are now two day events, the date you select is day one. The first day your show tx is 8am and day two your sim tx is 12pm w/ a show tx of 9am.

You will be in the sim both days for 4 hrs max.

Is the actual checkride date published on the 27th? I bid on it for the end of the month but a revised came out today and it had one of my 4 day trips at the beginning of the month chopped in half. Must be then?

Maybe, your trip may have been reduced due to 30 in 7 conflict from the previous month. Typically to PCs aren't posted until the final skds as the training dept can be slow at times.

You should see something like SP2A on your skd to denote the PC and "S" something the day before it for your training day.

P-Pro Check
2-sim tx (12N)
