Unfortunately, as someone else pointed out, the whole flying boxes gig is a dying craft. Thus making more likely a person going from flight school to right seat of the RJ / Tprop with people in the back more likely. The 1500 hour/ATP rule would hopefully get *some* seasoning (and of course also hopefully raise pay.) Sigh...
