An even better question, why does the company send out retarded memos like this?

I don't know about you guys, but my boss tells the funniest jokes! That'll always be one of my fondest memories of Colgan!

I'm shocked they were surprised with the minimal response they got from the pilot group. In their world, moral is high and there must be many cherished Colgan memories. How wrong they are! I predict my most cherished memory of Colgan will be the day I move on, they should publish that!

Moral IS high. Each of us breaking our backs trying to get BUSTED*, bending over in hopes of getting a GUMBY. Times have never been better!



*For the folks unfamiliar, BUSTEDs (so named by our illustrious senior management) are awards for going above and beyond.

How can you make fun of the company here, yet a few threads over not mind their practice because you will get that PIC time at all costs? it is with this attitude you will always be treated like crap.

I didn't take a job with them but I did do the telephone interview to practice for other airlines and I loved when they told me how with the Q400 they would be the leading regional within 2 years.. haha
