Any word if we are all going to get the same uniforms, and if so when?

We have to get this JCBA out of the way first. Otherwise, 9E will keep the same uniform and XJ and Colgan will duke it out in the battle of the epaulets.

Colgan & Mesaba have same uniforms now.

I believe they will be all black like Pinnacle.

They decided it'd be cheaper if we all just go naked.

Ah, good. No fighting over if black or silver is more professional. THAT was a dumb argument.....

Be easier on my dry cleaning bill. Although it gives the "Ever seen a grown man naked?" line a whole different context.

Would we still have to wear the epaulets? Winters in MSP would give a new meaning to 'shrinkage'

I hope for the black and gold for nothing more than the fact I can but off the rack black pants and no longer be forced to buy $85 M&H uniform pants to match their specific blue.

Mens Warehouse pants match the blue color pattern of the jacket. Cost per pants 40.00

How many of you guys sport the leather from MH? or do you go with another kind?

I thought you wore the government issued orange jumpsuit.

I avoid buying anything from M&H unless I'm using the uniform allotment.

I picked up a leather jacket from stopoverstore.com. Very nice, zip out liner, $189. Great for the cold winter.

Yeah, that's probably going to go away. Our "allotment" over here is about $20 a month but nothing on a yearly basis. I'm guessing Colgan gets an annual allotment to go towards uniforms like our FAs do. At this point, I don't even own anything M&H now that the belt finally worse out. Target pants and Pilotshirt.com shirts. Ok, I guess the epaulets are M&H.

I will take an extra $20 a month rather than $200 on your anniversary that you have to buy M&H overpriced junk. I bought the M&H leather a few months back because I had an allowance that was going to "expire" so I figured what the hell. Jacket is crap. Smells and the sleeves are too long as well as the wrist opening is way too big so your hands will disappear. Waste of money but would rather buy anything instead of having the company take the allowance back.

careful we (9e) already tried that in PA with less than stellar results....

it should be the Pinnacle black pants, one Colgan epaulette normal and one Mesaba epaulette upside down.

Don't start that upside down epaulette crap. The next thing you'll know all the Q guys will be doing it because they fly 76 passengers.

Now come on they can't wear them upside down. They don't fly jets. But as they fly the extra people they will wear them backwards to show that. :rolleyes:

Saab pilots can get them tatood on their junk, because they are lowly prop puke and not worth minimum day pay anyhow

Wow, pops seems like it would be a great jacket. Just not sure if I can justify sending 400+ right now on year 1 FO salary.
