isn't it rare for a cause of an accident to be known known this soon? The only thing that remains are contributing factors like fatigue, which I'll bet money on they list. Standup overnights are ridiculous!

Yeah, I am waiting to see if this was a stand up or some bull****** reduced to 8 hours rest crap. The general public should be furious over the rules from which we are allowed to work. Where is Nancy Grace for this bit of news?
