Help with regional decisions
I flew for one year with a regional and flew the RJ 200. Loved it but extreme curcumstances forced me to quit. I am looking to possibly go back and looking for help. I have to commute so I am looking at anything in MSP DEN or Chicago. I have been out long enough to not know who commutes well and the airlines that maybee junior at these places. I currently work on the GA side of aviation and its looking bad. This is why I may have to make my ratings go to work again. Also who has the best reserve policy.

I have someone who could possibly help me out there but does everybody go to the bro initially or do some go to the RJ since I have the sic type already?

If they are hiring into the RJ and you have RJ experience, that's where you will go.
But for the time being they have a huge backlog of burned-out bro FO's who want to transition to the jet so suspect any new hires will go to the bro for the near future at least. |
Thanks for the info. How is their reserve and what are the current TP junior bases. I would not mind flying a bro at all, the base would be way more important. Also is there the typical two year seat lock? Thanks again

ASA/XJT is hiring. Right now new-hires are going XJT/EMB/ORD. That might work for you.
