I'm hearing rumors EF is out and going back to the line, possibly leaving the company....anyone care to enlighten me as to where people are getting that idea?

Lots of people are saying they heard an XJ guy will be taking over and that Mr. Memo is going back to the (right) seat...I'll be making darned sure he follows EVERY procedure if he ends up on a trip as MY FO!!!

"Uhhhh...I'm gonna have you fly all 6 legs today, buddy...you know 'take care of each other' and all that!!!"

That would be awesome! I'd love to see first officer memo get paid like one of us. Then he can really feel the effects of what that captain displacement did.

Would the XJ guy happen to be JR? Or have you not heard a name.

JR is supposed to continue in the new Mesaba

What was DVs title at XJ? The DTW CP?

They were going to let him go back to the line, but he can't fit in the Captain's sit of an RJ any more...:D

He was the chief pilot of line flying in MSP (he used to be in DTW but chose to move when MSP opened up). Basically a domicile chief, not the FAR 119 company chief.
