Blue Ridge info

Hey guys

I was at ACA from 01 until 05. Best job ever.

Who is in charge of the records now? I have a 10 year background check coming up and I need to fill that gap in.

I appreciate it may be private info, so a PM would be fine.

cosmos-

There's no longer anybody that is a custodian of PRIA records for ACA/IDE. What you need to do is let your future employer know that the company went bankrupt in 2006 and has settled all but the major legal affairs and no longer has any custodial record keeping.

If they need somebody to verify your employment, there are a couple of ways to do so:

Paystubs/W2 forms/Seniority List
Personal references (2) of other line pilots that knew you while you worked there
Professional reference from either the system chief pilot (D.T) or the ALPA ACO Coordinator (T. F.)
There will be no PRIA reporting from your time at the company, and that's fine within the regulations since there's nobody to complete the research anymore.

If you want, PM me and we can chat offline about it. Based on your time of employment, I'm guessing that you weren't too junior from me- I might be able to help verify your employment dates based on the records that I have.
