Republic/CHQ CPA expiration dates?

Anyone know what the expiration dates are for all of the Republic/Shuttle America/Chautauqua contract flying (the UA/CO, DAL, AA, US stuff) ? Thanks

CHQ Most will be gone by 2014.

Republic These will be phased out between 2015 - 2020.

Shuttle America
15 E175 Delta Shuttle July 2015 with 180 days notice.
36 E170 United Express

June 2019 with option to extend 5 years.

Who knows what will happen if they continue to grow the branded ops.

I wonder if that means the crew is phased out too???
