ASA interview paperwork question?

Just a quick question. I am filling out the paperwork for ASA/Expressjet. The packets are pretty much the same with the exception of the ASA packet; it says "submit the following documents addressed to: ...." and the ExpressJet packet says to bring it with me to the interview.

This strikes me as odd that one gets sent in and I keep the other. I would hate for my paperwork to get lost if I send it to them. Can anyone who has interviewed before tell me whether they mailed their packet in or not? Besides, the earliest I would be able to mail it in would be Tuesday, maybe Wednesday, next week for an interview the following Monday.

I'm in class now. The reason for two sets of paperwork and two sets of instructions is because they are 1 company but two airlines. Each airline has their procedures that they follow. I would follow both sets of instructions. If you are still unsure about what to do give them a call. They were really helpful when I sent in my stuff.

I agree, you should call to confirm, but I would bring it with you to the interview. If you want to cover all your bases, you could do both. If I remember correctly, my paperwork said to mail it, but I was told to bring it, which I did. Good luck!

Bring it in to the interview.

I would try to make the photocopies as high quality as possible. It makes the HR job that much easier.

I'm interviewing on Thursday. When I spoke with Cpt. Lambert last week he said to bring all paperwork to interview, and to not mail in any of the interview packet.

If it were me, first thing I would do would be to call HR and ask which they want. With all the transition around here, seems like its easy for stuff like that to fall through the cracks. If you can't get a straight answer from them on that, cover your butt and do both. Make very good quality photocopies and send those in and bring the originals to the interview with you or vice-versa. I don't want to scare you but there are few things will end an interview quicker than a paperwork problem.

Anyone else interviewing February 10th?

In the old days if you mailed it in, it would get lost, just sayin' : ).

Thanks guys! Feel much better... I suppose I will email Capt Lambert just to cover my bases...
