When working for a regional that provides feed for multiple majors/legacies do you have access to all of the flight benefits or just the one that your based at?

Both XJ and 9E fly for Delta and have Delta benefits. Right now we don't have access to the airlines Colgan flys for.

I have a buddy that flies for Pinnacle and he told me a few weeks ago they don't get any pass benefits besides their companion. Does anyone know if this changed with the new trade agreement?
And also....does ASA or Pinnacle charge you to commute like American Eagle does?

No, there is no fee to non-rev on Delta or DCI flights. You just have to pay the yearly fee. Delta doesn't even charge for First/Business Class (if you're lucky enough to get it.) That makes it nice to go international though. Not sure what 9E/XJ international passes are. (like 6 one-ways per year?)
