Reserve Question

How often after being assigned a trip would your trip change?
On a given 4 day, my schedule will change each day, 16 times last week.
Overnights will change along with crew. Is this normal at most airlines?

While I was on reserve here at Piedmont for 2.5+ years....I could count the number of changes to my schedule or a trip once assigned on one hand. It did not happen very often. Sorry that is happening to you. Probably just due to coverage so hopefully things improve.

That sounds about right to me. I've been on reserve at multiple companies, and the only thing you could plan on was change.

Dashtrash... That has changed now, I'm on day 2 and have 4 crew cards.

Things don't change often once assigned at Mesaba, though it's much more common to have additional flying added if duty time/days avail. allow.

PSA is terrible at managing the manpower that they have. My roomate put in a reserve day trade for 2 days which, Ofcourse, they denied. They did not use him for those two days that he was on duty and called him 3 times to JR man him on the days that he requested to work.
This kind of horse manure happens just about everyday.
