Try http://www.145studyguide.com

I highly recommend the www.crj2.com site as well as AvSoft study guides for the CRJ

Avsoft makes a pretty good book for the EMB 145 that outlines all the buttons in the cockpit and gives you systems diagrams. It's WAY over priced ($45 - my buddy lent me his for training) but if money is no object thank your mom/dad/girlfriend/welfare provider and pick it up. It'll help come oral time. Search Avsoft.net for details.
