Pinnacle Airlines Limitations and Memory Item

I have a buddy who just got hired by Pinnacle and he is wanting to get a jumpstart on his studies. His class date will be in May. I was hoping that some limitations and memory items might be available. Here is a link that he found that has some stuff but not knowing if it is current, he has not looked at it in too much depth.

If someone could help out it would be much appreciated.

Not looking to re-write the manual or anything... Just basic knowledge to help someone out! PM me if you'd be willing to help!

Thanks

There's a flashcard app for the iPhone that has a bunch of Pinnacle flashcards, there are sets for ASA, Pinnacle, Skywest, Eagle, Delta, etc. Flash Q/Ard Home Page.

Nickel doesn't have memory items anymore. Only Immediate Action Item Cards.

Wait until you get the books. Online stuff could be wrong and outdated. That link you posted is from 2008, a lot has changed since then...

Agreed with the above. Though you really appear to want to help out, wait until you... I mean, your buddy... get official stuff from the company. Don't go looking for it on the internet. It'll be wrong and you'll be wasting your time.

Exactly. Just relax and get your life in order to be away from home for a few weeks/months in training. If the training department want you to know anything for when you/your buddy/etc show up, they will most definitely provide it.

Not to mention the system has worked for however long without extra prep time so dont fret... It is not a bad thing to want to be prepared, but there will be plenty of time to learn all that stuff...
